I'm a mom with three kids, who chose to stay at home because my children needed me. I know that this day and age, it may sound outdaed and go against what many would conside to be the "prevailling wisdom", but I really beleive that children need the stability of a full time parnet in the home.
I know this isn't an option for some, and I'm not judging, as each of us has to do what works for us. That's what worked for me, an I don't regret it at all.
Yes, i may have given up a lot of earning potential, and making one paycheck stretch hasn't always been easy, but we've managed to do it and have a happy life.
